Sous Chef

We are currently searching for a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. This role would be ideal for a chef de partie looking to progress upwards in their career. You will be assisting our chef patron in the day to day running of our Two AA Rosette kitchen, and the training and development of the junior team members. You will have a creative input in our seasonally changing menu and a keen eye for detail.

Competitive salary, gratuities and bonus scheme, 4 day week (35-40 hours) with paid overtime.

1 full weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) off every five weeks

Extra pay on weekend shifts ( From 5pm Friday to end of Sunday)

Chef De Partie

We are currently searching for a Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team, with immediate start available for the right candidate. Must have at least two years previous experience.

Front of House

We are in the process of expanding our Front of House team, with immediate start available for the right candidate. Bar and waiting experience is required.

Assistant Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as Assistant General manager.

This candidate will need exceptional customer service skills to serve in line with our professional, friendly and efficient service team. Although not necessary for the right candidate, we desire WSET training at minimum level 1, and experience working in AA rosetted, or Michelin recommended establishments.

This candidate will need to excel at providing a welcoming guest experience ranging from diners, event guests, or our drinking clientele. The candidate will need to have good knowledge in a range of food and drinks, though training will be provided specific to our menus. The candidate will need to have excellent bar skills, with cocktail experience desired, as we will be expanding our offerings to cocktails. The candidate will need experience in dealing with reservations and event coordination. A necessary quality for the candidate will be the ability to positively communicate with all departments, and colleagues.

The role will consist of leading the establishment in the absence of the owners, and working along side them to translate an exceptional experience for all of our guests, by leading the team to do so. The role will also entail the likes of cashing up, cellar, bar and restaurant management, as well as team evaluation, guidance and where necessary discipline. The role will also include dealing with email and phone table reservations and event planning, including weddings.
